We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information. Any details you provide (such as name, email, phone number, and event information) will only be used to process your booking and provide our services. We do not sell or share your information with third parties, except when required by law or necessary for service delivery (e.g., payment processing).

To secure your event date, we require a 20% non-refundable prepayment at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due day of event. Payments can be made via credit card, bank transfer, or cash. Your booking is confirmed only after we receive the prepayment.

If you need to cancel, please notify us in writing as soon as possible. Cancellations made more than 14 days before the event may be eligible for rescheduling within 6 months (subject to availability). Cancellations made less than 14 days before the event will forfeit the prepayment. In the rare event we must cancel, a full refund will be issued.
