Refund Policy - the basics
Because Cosmos Popcorn sells freshly prepared food products, all food sales are generally final once an order has been prepared or delivered. We cannot accept returns of food products due to food safety and quality standards.
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or significantly different from what you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible. Depending on the circumstances, Cosmos Popcorn may offer a replacement, store credit, partial refund, or full refund.
For orders canceled before preparation has started, a full refund may be available. Once preparation or production of an order has begun, cancellation or refund eligibility may be limited. Custom, branded, personalized, and special-event orders may have separate cancellation terms provided at the time of purchase.
What to include in the Refund Policy
Refund requests should include your name, order information, reason for the request, and, when applicable, photographs showing damaged or incorrect products. Approved refunds will generally be returned to the original payment method.
Delivery fees, rush-order charges, custom printing or packaging costs, and other expenses already incurred by Cosmos Popcorn may be non-refundable. Catering and event-service deposits may also be subject to separate cancellation terms stated in the customer's proposal, invoice, or service agreement.
